Within the Olive Gardens of Centorini large individual plots of around 3000m2 have been established, each lot has a specified building envelope. These have been positioned so that buildings are set back into the landscape, whilst maximising view shafts and securing spectacular lake and rural views.
The topographical aspect of Centorini, in its totality, coupled with the unique idiosyncrasies of each house site will determine to a greater or lesser extent the orientation and floor plan format.
