1 month Advertising fee for advertising 100 or so Properties on this site. ie Realestate agents, Developers, Builders etc
The fee gives you listings on the site for a period of 1 month. It covers the running costs of the site, plus the costs of advertising the site overseas.
Methods of advertising include:
Online ads-
Google ads
Advertising sites
Property sites
Social Networking sites
Blog sites etc
Off line ads-
Local newspapers NZ, Australia, Dubai, Singapore, UK, Malaysia etc
The content of your advert is to be supplied by you and should include the description, pictures (800 x 600 pixels or less) and related documents(valuations, resource consents, plans etc)in electronic form.
Any work required to be performed by the Darius Group outside of simply placing your information onto the site, will be charged extra. eg scanning paper documents, reducing pictures to 800x600 pixels, composing description etc.
By completing this sheet (Word Document or PDF) we will know which categories your listing should be placed into.
