Your listing is placed on the site by us.

You will need to supply:

A description of your property.
include location, type of property, special features about it etc

Street address (so it can be located on Google maps)

A good collection of pictures.

Plans and layouts are useful.

A breakdown of purchase costs and expected development costs.

Valuations if possible, or at least the numbers extracted from a valuation.

Think about whether you have a target market - Investors (local or overseas), other developers, end users, first home buyers/ builders, etc 

Any links to any other web sites that the property is currently listed on -eg Trademe, Allrealestate, your company site etc.
(our intention is to help you promote your property in any way that may result in a sale, so we have no issue with providing links to other sites that may have useful information regarding the property.)

By completing this sheet (Word Document or PDF) we will know which categories your listing should be placed into.

Any other information that you think may be useful in creating interest in the property for prospective buyers. Why did you buy the place ?- what features did you see that would make the place a good investment ?

 Your Contact details will be displayed on your listing as shown below.
Email Addresses are generally not displayed to prevent Spam to your address.
We will display it upon your choice, however please be aware of the increased risk of future SPAM when you place your email address on a web site. 

THE FINE PRINT:

Your listing will be placed on the site purely as an advertising medium.
We are not property agents, nor do we ask for any commission on the sale. (unless we happen to find a buyer for your property in the course of our own business, in which case we will come to an agreement with you over a "Finders Fee")
